 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Energy Select installed a 10 kW ground mount system at our vacation home in Garrett County three weeks ago. The installation was somewhat complicated by the sloping terrain. The 3-man crew was very professional, highly competent, and completed the installation in 3 days. They arrived on time and started right away and was able to finish a possible 2-day job in a day. This is a very belated thank you from my husband and myself to you for your amazing company, Energy Select. From our very first interaction with Karen Gable it has been easy, informative, and , yes, even an enjoyable experience. I am especially thankful for the team in the office. Karen and Tamika Duncan were primarily who dealt with our calls and PROMPTLY answered any emails. The prompt replies don’t usually happen with so many other companies. It really makes a difference and great impression when it is handled as your team did.

Next we met the wonderful Zach Schoonover. I understand he is no longer with your company, if you have any way to forward this on to him I would appreciate it so much. He was friendly (what a great smile!), knowledgable, and my husband is still drooling over his drone! Again…he came in, got to work, and answered our many questions and then told us what would be up next before he left. Wherever he is now working, they have a grade A employee in Zach. We met Christian Peck next (congratulations Christian on your promotion!)…again….he arrived on time, did what he needed to do, answered more questions, LISTENED to what we had to say, and filled us in on what would happen next before he left. I can’t tell you how much getting even a hint of the timetable means to a customer.

Enter THE TEAM….Carlos Campion, Rohan Douglas, Davione Mason, Ryan Meyer, and, Magic Mike Casper (Magic Mike not for his dancing skills, but for his electrician skills !), and Nick Cameron. Lovely crew….again great smiles, knowledgeable and definitely skilled in what they did. You honestly could not ask for more!

So we are up and running and soaking up our own energy source here in Hollywood and we thank you and your entire wonderful company for making that happen. Please feel free to send anyone our info if they want to talk about our experience.

First and foremost we had the very good fortune to have been referred to this outstanding local company by someone who had purchased one of their solar systems.   Working with an established local company that sells and installs solar systems is the is the golden rule when shopping for your system.  From our first encounter with EnergySelect's sales representative, Karen Gables, thru to the final inspection with the county inspector for electrical with Nick and all the employees and members of the installation team of ENERGY SELECT we never had a bad or disappointing experience.  Every person working on designing and installing our system was first rate.  They did what they said what they were going to do and when they planned to do it.  We never had to spend hours on the phone trying to get them to fulfill their commitments to us.  The ENPHASE system is first class and performs up to our expectations. They make sure the people are well informed and cared for and they have tech savvy superior to none. We looked at three solar companies. We are glad we picked Energy Select. It has been an awesome experience!
